Replay and Upload support coming to Dead or Alive 5 with 1.03 patch

Tecmo Koei and Team Ninja haven't forgotten about the people who supported them by buying Dead or Alive 5. The new additions to the game's 1.03 patch gives those who purchased the fighter something to smile about.

If you've been hoping for a way to upload your Dead or Alive 5 (DoA5) matches for the world to see then you're in luck. The upcoming 1.03 patch will allow DoA5 players to upload their match-ups with new replay and upload support. While the PS3 version will let gamers upload their matches to Facebook and YouTube, the Xbox 360 version will only be able to use Facebook.

In order to showcase their skills, DoA5 players needed a capture card to live stream or upload videos. Support hopes to eliminate the need for it though the fighting game community will probably want to stream whenever they can. The system doesn't quite match that of Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition 2012 or SFxT but it'll do for those wanting an easy way to get their matches out there.

These aren't the only changes coming in the 1.03 patch. Tecmo Koei and Team Ninja have yet to reveal what else is in store. What they have done is showcase the upload feature.

The quality of the video isn't the best, maxing out at 360p. This is only a test video so maybe you can adjust the quality when the patch drops. If quality can not be improved then players with high end capture cards will find little to no need for this feature.
