Guess who's back?Billy Kane joins the King of Fighters XIII roster after his debut in the Fatal Fury series. The game itself will hit North America this holiday season, and on October 27 in Japan.
The game will be jam packed with an online mode, story mode and a mission mode.
More information has yet to be revealed, but for now lets give a warm welcome to Billy Kane, and his signature Bo.
