Those hoping to see the likes of Mega Man, M. Bison, Psylocke and Captain Commando as DLC characters in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) should probably save their breath.
That's because when asked if there would be DLC outside of alternate attires in UMvC3, Capcom community manager, Seth Killian, gave an unpopular answer. He also shed light on the costume situation with Magneto.

"Unfortunately there are still no plans for UMVC3 DLC beyond the costumes. At this time there hasn't been a chance to replace the removed [Magneto] costume with another yet. May be revisited in the future, but for now, he goes without."
