Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: DLC fix coming March 27 for PS Vita
Time to plug up the holes.
Since the release of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) on the PS Vita, gamers haven't been able to access DLC that they had previously purchased on PSN. These include characters: Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath.
One feature promoted for UMvC3 was the ability to swap DLC purchased for the PS3 version of the game over to the PS Vita version. Currently, you can only swap skins.
On March 27, that changes according to Capcom:

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Ancient Warrior and Value packs available now
The Ultimate DLC is complete.
Both the Ancient Warrior and Value packs for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) are now (March 6) up for download on Xbox Live and PSN.
The Ancient Warrior pack was scheduled for a Dec. 20, 2011 release, but due to Magneto's controversial alternate attire, his skin was removed and the pack was delayed. As a result, the pack's price has been reduced to $2.00 on PSN and 160 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live.
UMvC3's Value pack features all DLC skins packed into one. The pack is $20 on PSN and 1,600 Microsoft Point on Xbox Live.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Heroes and Heralds ability cards showcased
In case you forgot, Heroes and Heralds is free DLC in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3).
The mode, along with a patch has been available on Xbox Live and PSN since Dec. 19, 2011. That hasn't stopped Capcom from making a new video showcasing the mode's card abilities.
Not many people are on Heroes and Heralds. In fact, on the Xbox Live leaderboards, the mode usually does not reach 5,000 players as opposed to over 40,000 gamertags that have participated in rank matches.

The DLC stops at skins.
Those hoping to see the likes of Mega Man, M. Bison, Psylocke and Captain Commando as DLC characters in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) should probably save their breath.
That's because when asked if there would be DLC outside of alternate attires in UMvC3, Capcom community manager, Seth Killian, gave an unpopular answer. He also shed light on the costume situation with Magneto.
