8 Way Run streaming SoulCalibur V now (Sept. 21)

When they say 24 hours, they mean it.

8 Way Run's 24/7 Twitch account is now (Sept. 21) streaming SoulCalibur V (SCV). Outside of MLG tournaments, SCV doesn't seem to be lighting up the fighting game community (FGC) as much as other titles. No worries here however, as the game still has a respectable following.

Reminder: Summer Jam 6 live stream August 25-26 starting at 10:30 a.m. ET

Summer Jam 6 has arrived.

Big E and Robert Hubbs are set to host the event August 25-26 from Sheraton Suites Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. Team Sp00ky, 8 Way Run, and Team St1ckbug are set to stream the festivities. The first tournament will be Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition v.2012 (AE v.2012) 3v3 at 10:30 a.m. ET.

Summer Jam 6 game lineup, registration, stream details and more

The sixth Summer Jam tournament event is set.

Summer Jam 6 will take place August 25-26 at the Sheraton Suites Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. As always, Big E will host the event alongside Robert Hubbs. The event organizers have revealed a ton of information on SRK.

Big E Gaming, Gaming Vision Network , Namco Bandai, Mad Catz, and Atlus are the official sponsors for Summer Jam 6. The event will have two streams. One from Jaxel of 8 Way Run and one from Sp00ky.

SoulCalibur V: 1.03 Patch Notes

Let's fix this thing, again.

Namco Bandai has released another SoulCalibur V (SCV) patch on Xbox Live and PSN. While the 1.03 patch isn't as extensive as the 1.02 patch released last month, there are still some changes worthy to take a look at.

8 Way Run has provided a translation for the 1.03 patch notes. The patch appears to have fixed some network issues caused by the previous update. See what other changes SCV players are in store for after the jump.

SoulCalibur V: Dampierre unbanned from tournament play

Welcome back, Dampierre.

SoulCalibur V (SCV) player, Dampierre is now officially tournament legal according to 8 Way Run. The dagger wielding con artist was previously banned from tournament play due to being a pre-order only character.

Dampierre is now available for download on Xbox Live and PSN.
