Tekken x Street Fighter: Capcom 'keen' on doing more Namco crossovers if the game is successful

Capcom x Namco part deux?

With 2012 quickly approaching, there's a ton of buzz around the March 6 release of Capcom's Street Fighter x Tekken (SFxT). If you're a fan of the Street Fighter series then this game will probably be your cup of tea, but Tekken fans are may just be waiting for Tekken x Street Fighter (TxSF).

Capcom producer, Yoshinori Ono, is also waiting to see what Namco Bandai will do with TxSF. That's probably because the success of the game will dictate the future of Capcom doing business with Namco.

Take a look at what Ono had to say (via VG247):

“I’m really keen to do more things, but it all depends on [Katsuhiro] Harada-san’s Tekken x Street Fighter."
If the future lies in the hands of Harada, then the future may be bright.

According to VG Chartz, Tekken 6 sold more than three million copies. The PS3 version nabbed over two million while the Xbox 360 barely surpassed one million.
