The first part to "ASSIST ME!" featuring Phoenix has been uploaded. While Maximilian and the crew of the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) web series are dealing with personal issues, they were able to get these episodes finished.

Don't let her turn dark. Maximilian has uploaded a trailer for his upcoming episode of the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) series, "Assist Me." The trailer hypes an appearance from X-Men's Phoenix.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Anti-Phoenix Tech

Once regarded as the biggest threat in Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (MvC3), Phoenix is still a force in Ultimate when turned dark. Despite the nerfs to her health, Phoenix still has value in UMvC3.

During a stream on Amalgame TV, an unknown Japanese player discovered a new anti-Phoenix method. The folks at ArcadeUFO have recreated the discovery in training mode.

It'll be interesting to see how Phoenix players react to this and if this spells the end of Jean Gray.
