Justin Wong: UMvC3 reminds me of SSFIV in terms of balance

Never give up.

Devastation 2011 Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (MvC3) and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition (AE) champion, Justin Wong, gave his two cents to followers on his twitter account after playing more than a few rounds in UMvC3.

Wong was one of the many pros who participated in Maximilian's "Marvel Madness LIVE" part one video. He was joined by the likes of fellow Evil Geniuses (EG) teammate fLoE, Marn, Ultra David, Olaf and James Chen.

See what Wong had to say about UMvC3 below.

"Strider's [teleport kick] assist is one of the best in the game, easy. [Frank West's] Shopping Cart assist is so cheap. Reminds me of Akuma's tatsu assist, but better since it leaves the opponent grounded. Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 really reminds me of Super Street Fighter 4 in terms of balance. Fun fun fun."
While he still has his complaints, Wong seems to believe that UMvC3 is a vast improvement over the original version due to the balance changes. You can view those changes here.

Despite his MvC3 days failing to capture the magic of his MvC2 ones, Wong has still been able to provide memorable moments. At Evo 2011, he placed third using She Hulk, Wolverine, Akuma, Storm and Wesker. He also took home first place at Devastation 2011 in both AE and MvC3.
