Who knew a blind swordsman and a dream haunter could make for such a badass team? Thanks to NetherRealm for Mortal Kombat 9 (MK9), the dream team has become reality. When you have talented gamers such as Yinferno, it makes this duo all the more violent.

Mortal Kombat: Freddy Krueger DLC available tomorrow (August 9)
"Every town has an Elm Street!"
The final DLC character to appear in the ninth installment of Mortal Kombat, Freddy Krueger, is set to invade the dreams of the MK fighters tomorrow (August 9) when he hits the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network.
Wes Craven's dream killer was announced as a DLC in San Diego back in July at Comic-Con 2011.
If you want Wes Craven's deadly creation in your version of Mortal Kombat, you'll have to ante up 400 Microsoft Points on the Xbox Live Marketplace or $4.99 on the PlayStation Network.

The final DLC character to appear in the ninth installment of Mortal Kombat is none other than Wes Craven's deadly creation, Freddy Krueger.
Krueger slashes his way on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network August 9, 2011. Expect the dream killer to run you 400 Microsoft Points or $4.99.
