Cole, Jak and Daxter gameplay footage in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale

First the reveal trailer, now some gameplay footage.

Cole, Jak and Daxter have been confirmed for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Coin-op TV has posted gameplay footage of a match between Jak and Daxter, Cole, Sly Cooper, and Big Daddy.

The PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale roster just got beefier.

As if Nathan Drake, Kratos, Heihachi, Fat Princess, Big Daddy, Sly Cooper, and many more weren't enough, we have three more heavy hitters.  In the new Battle Royale trailer from Sony, Jak and Daxter, and Cole appear to join the fracas.

Solid Snake, Drake and Cole added to PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Roster?

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale promises to be chock full of surprises. The game already has PaRappa the Rapper and Kratos from God of War. What more can Sony do to impress?

How about adding Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, Nathan Drake from Uncharted and Cole MacGrath from inFamous? It turns out the fantasy of having all three characters in one fighting game is a reality.

Capcom x Uncharted: Nathan Drake was almost a playable character in SFxT

Not this time Drake.

Cole McGrath from InFamous is the major PS3 and PS Vita exclusive for Street Fighter x Tekken (SFxT). The hero (or villain) with electricity-based powers wasn't going to be Sony's poster boy for SFxT.

Nathan Drake from the Uncharted series was considered as Sony's main exclusive. The decision came down to Cole or Drake according to Seth Killian's interview with the PlayStation Blogcast.

Cole won out.
