The lengths that fans will go for their beloved franchises are quite impressive. El Gamer Cosplayer is taking it a step further with a Patreon page made to keep his live action video game films alive.

King of Fighters XIII now $29.99 on Amazon

Amazon.com is now selling King of Fighters XIII (KoF XIII) for $29.99 on both Xbox 360 and PS3. This includes free shipping and handling. The game's original price is $49.99, which is $10 below most brand new retail games.

KoF XIII comes with over 30 playable characters and over six play modes. The game's development was heavily based on community feedback and is the HD title that fans had asked for.

SNK Playmore has announced (via Famitsu and translated by iPlayWinner) an arcade update for KoF XIII dubbed "Climax." A release date has yet to be revealed.

Location tests are set for Club Sega Akihabara and Sega Namba Avion in Japan.

King of Fighters XIII patch details

It's no secret that King of Fighters XIII (KoF XIII) doesn't have the best netcode.

This is the exact opposite of Kei Yamamoto's expectations back in Nov. 2011. Yamamoto is the producer of KoF XIII. Atlus USA, North American publisher of the game, addressed the issues in a statement back in Dec.

SNK Playmore also recognized the game's problems and addressed them to its fans. Details were still scarce regarding a patch. Now more is known.
